ok, trumpets. I just agreed with Sam. What can I say? From what I have seen, the practice of medecine is ten years behind in Canada, procedures are rationed, and access is abysmal.
In deference to Larry I should add that my experience is totally limited to relatives in Ontario and a brief stay in Montreal, but I was *most* unimpressed.
