Actually, from personal experience when my dad was dying of cancer I can tell you that when you REALLY need a specialist, when you are in need of specialist care or services, the NHS rules. It is unfair to blame the NHS for all of our higher tax, we also have a majority state funded education system all the way up to and including University level, we pay our public servants (Fire Service, Ambulance Service, Police Service) better than you do, there are lots of thinks our tax goes to pay for. It is also worth pointing out that the cost of medical care is not greatly different for one of us than it is for one of you, it is just that over here our taxes ensure that all of our citizens have access to it, whereas you only care for your wealthy who can afford to pay while the poor are left to suffer. > Glad your satisfied.
