I agree that anyone could've acted in the way Mr. Bush did - I think
he really stepped up in a way that nobody would've predicted.

His problem is that he's always had the philosophy of "if you have
political capital, you'd better spend it.".  This is same thing that
got him in trouble in the business world - he thought that because
everyone wanted to invest in his businesses they would be successful.

Ultimately it's the same principle that bankrupted his companies that
will lose him his second election.
