I'm reading about these massive GOTV efforts in these states, and I'm wondering if these numbers (60% Kerry in PA? Huh?) are a reflection of the busing/driving/early pushes by ACT, MoveOn, ACORN, or the like. I'm sure things will tighten up after work.
