You know what Andy? This message is beneath you. Step back and read what you just wrote. I respect you for your willingness to consider other points of view, but apparently I am interfering with the victory celebration?
a) I am not whining. It is a demonstrated fact that Bush supporters tend to misperceive reality. See the study Sandy posted a few days ago. I think the American people want to combat terrorism. They may think this is what they voted for, but that does nto make it so. I mean.... I would like to look like Sophia Loren, but I don't :) b) As Ken said, I hope I am wrong about Bush. Really. c) As for the popular vote... yes. Apparently. The whole thing, however, smells bad. I hope we can get some genuine election reform in place so that results can no longer be questioned. I am not, however, optomistic given the current climate. Having said which, I have a lot of work to do.
