The filters are enabled. Does the filters only apply (automatically) to 
the primary account? I have a secondary account that the filters would
really belong to. Such as my CF-Community / CF-Talk lists to be filtered
to their perspective folders.

The filters will run properly if I select the INBOX and then click Run
Filters 
on this folder.  But will not run automatically.

Again, the filters are 'enabled'

Tools -> Message Filter.  Make sure the filter has a check mark under
the column for Enabled.
