Is the evidence gone? What is meant me "Optical Scan" voting machines? To me that means a paper ballot with filled in or punched out circles, aka standard college test sheets. That would mean there are paper ballots that could be counted by hand, if someone wanted to, would there be?
The couple of articles I've read seem to indicate the paperless touch screen machines seem to be statistically correct. Maybe because they where so scrutinized. That's my first question.
