Is the evidence gone? What is meant me "Optical Scan" voting machines? To me
that means a paper ballot with filled in or punched out circles, aka standard
college test sheets. That would mean there are paper ballots that could be
counted by hand, if someone wanted to, would there be?

The couple of articles I've read seem to indicate the paperless touch screen
machines seem to be statistically correct. Maybe because they where so
scrutinized.

That's my first question. Are there or are there not paper ballots involved
with these "Optical Scan" voting machines?
