But playing devil's advocate for a second.....what about the rights of the
pharmacist? Did he or she give up their right to a moral stand on contraception
when they became pharmacists?

That's the focal point question in my opinion. Does working as a pharmacist
require they fill all legally filled prescriptions in all situations? I'm
guessing the laws right now are vague on this....

What I read in the link provided was that the pharmacist had a right to refuse
to full the prescription, but did not have a right to keep the prescription so
the customer could not go to ANOTHER pharmacist either. This a tantamount to
the pharmacist saying, "I believe that Birth Control is wrong so I am not going
to provide it to you, AND I am going to do all I can to prevent you from
getting it anywhere else."

It is that latter part; I believe most of us are having problems with.
