Well, Half Life 2 with it's much touted Steam Authentication which has annoyed legitimate purchasers of the game for days now, has hit warez.
The warez version consists of 85 50MB files and requires no further action on your part except to run Launcher.exe in order to be fully playable without any Steam Authentication. For those that Preloaded or bought the game retail and have not gotten it authenticated, there is also a separate crack so that those users can play the singleplayer game without authentication.
