400 GB is the biggest single hard-drive out there. You could buy a couple
of these and be fine, I just don't trust HDs too much anymore. I've tried
several times to copy my various DVD sets to 3 250GB storage drives and my
Western Digital drives lose their partition tables all the time. (My Maxtor
seems to be fine.) The drives all seem to work fine after reformatting, but
my movies are all lost.

I did just buy a new case with a 520w power supply, 5 fans, and plenty of
separation, so I'm hoping that'll do the trick.

BTW: Where'd you get all the comics? BitTorrent, etc? Or did you scan a
(very) good amount in yourself? I'm looking to liquidate about 1000 comics
(mostly early Image and a little earlier X-Men|X-Factor), but I'd like to
get a few of them in digital format before I say goodbye.

Subject: Hard drives

Due to the 'big click', I'm living on my laptop and looking to get a good
drive. Any suggestions.
Also, what's the largest hard drive out there. I've got over 700 gig of
comics spread out over 3 drives and about 200 CDs. I need more room. I've
seen one T drive, but there has to be others (and I don't have a spare
grand)
