I thought the FCC had some control over cable, just not the content of the shows. Anybody out there and FCC policy guru?

The supreme court has already ruled they have no control over cable because its a pay subscription. By rational thought that would lead you to the same conclusion when you say Satellite because its a pay model as well. So unless the supreme court does a big uturn we should be safe with cable & satellite. But as another thought have you noticed that cable is basically whipped anyway? Because advertisers will bitch so much that cable companies won't do anything risky. Even a fucking ad where the girl isn't even naked (on broadcast tv) for MNF gets everyone in an up roar.
