This is the same issue with gambling in Australia... it's been banded in
australia, but in alot of causes you just remove the '.au' from the domain
and off you go!

Ironically... it doesn't seem to stop a lot of prominant australian business
people from setting up online casinos based 'offshore'... This kind of
legistration is just testiment to how little some of these people know about
what they are making laws about.
