The kid has some serious problems. It sounds like he's ED and probably should be in residential treatment.Also given that he was kidnapped by his stepmother a while ago, it sounds like he's got a whole series of problems that cant' be dealt with on an inpatient basis. The outpatient counseling isn't working.
While it may be cute etc to say him and his parents should be tasered every day, it would only make things a lot worse. Frankly that sort of attitude doesn't work with kids with that sort of problems. I worked with kids like that, they'e seriously screwed over. How about a little bit of empathy. That kid is hurting big time.
