Keep the old names but make all the new links point to the new pages. Either
that or do a redirect (page based or server based). I've got old pages on FA
called article1.cfm (loooong story). They're in the search engines so I have to
keep them. For the moment I have copies of both, but as the bots review more
content, this will change.

This brings up a good question. Would changing the page names every now and
again be seen by a search engine as having more content? The old is still there,
but there's now new stuff as well.
