I have only used Tyan, Abit, and Asus boards. What I recommend is going with
Abit as they have a great customer service dept and will replace your board
for like $20 if something happens outside of the warranty period (I have
used this once already when a thunderstorm zapped my PC!). Anyway, I'd look
at the following:

Abit AV8-3rd Eye:

Abit KV8-MAX3:

Abit KV8-Pro:

I would highly recommend the KV8-MAX3 and I just built my uncle a computer
using that board. Also, make sure you get the good memory. I have always
been a fan of Kingston RAM from Newegg.com.... Never an issue using it (5
machines built total using Kingston).

HTH,

Mike
