So you're suggesting regulation of the price, or just taxation like Alcohol
and Tobacco?

The price does go up; as police get new tactics the growers have to come up
with new tactics, which costs money on both ends. Now I don't know about the
prices. Now that price might not be passed on to the consumer as the the
profit maybe so high as it is, it is better to keep the users at their
current price than take them up a little and risk losing the customer.

I remember back in high school the average price of one joint was $5.00,
anybody know the going rate now?
