Wouldn't it only put the corner pusher out of business if the legal establishments sold A) better weed at B) cheaper prices ??
Is this guaranteed? Lets say they sell it at the same price, but your transactions with Bill the Corner Pusher are much more private, something you may like. Where you going to buy it from? Perhaps also you like the idea of your money going to Bill, instead of the Government.
