If they are getting that many responses, sure. But to answer the man's
question, yes, sometimes it *is* discrimination. I mean, by your
logic, Jim, they could just as easily put "white candidates only."

But I understand your point. I once landed a job because I speak
French. I asked why it required French and was told it didn't... they
just wanted to narrow the field ::shrug::
