The problem is not a group pushing creationism. That's minor in comparison to the true problem. The real problem is that education is NOT a priority in this country. It's not a cultural one or a governmental one and as a result, for many its' not a personal one. Those of us who value education go out of our way to make sure we have it and we give it to ours. I pay more in tuition than I do in rent and I'd do even more if it means my kids have a good education. But in this I'm preaching to the choir. Most everyone here has a hand in education when it comes to teaching others, answering their questions and even writing articles. Now if everyone had that desire to elevate through education....
