Yea some dont and some people shit on the side walk too but what we're
talking about right now is he is pissed because they won't sponsor ANY
foreigners for visas.
Its perfectly legal and it may fit the definition of discrimination
but they are not doing it to discriminate against them because they
hate them "damn furriners" its becuase its a pita to go through the
paperwork. Sure its easy for the employee but the company has to go
through alot more stuff then its worth to get someone to fill a
position. Now you have a blanket policy stating you will not sponsor
employees for visas that is well within my rights as a company owner
to do that. If you come to me with a visa fine i'll hire you but if
you don't i dont care.

We can start talkinga bout companies who say "Local candidates only"
Jesus they are discriminating too and legal or not it is
discrimination. Where's the line?

I view discrimination as something bad when you're doing something to
keep a person from a fair shot. And that is not what is happening
here.
