I'm looking specifically for a way to read tabular data from an Excel file where the first row contains the field names, and the subsequent rows contain the record data. I've done this before, but just can't remember how. I KNOW there have been questions and threads about this on the CF Talk list from time immemorial. However, using the Google Search, I can't seem to find any relevant results.
