I'm including Wired Magazine's account of the same phenonmenon. Myself I would 
not be too surprised that give the population density
of the coast lines around the affected regions, that there were not very many 
wild animals there in the first place. Therrefore
little or no animal corpses may just be due to there being very few animals 
where the tsunami hit.
