To continue our pizza theme ...

Didyaknow that you can freeze pizza crusts and mozzarella cheese?

Of course you need room in a freezer for this:

Make up 6 crusts (or more depending on time and freezer space), spread
on pans and "par" bake for 8 minutes each at 350 degrees F.
Let them cool, take of pans, then stack them in a large freezer bag.

For the cheese, buy it in bulk or ask for the ends from a local
delicatessen. Grate the ends.
Spread the grated cheese on cookie sheets and place in the freezer over
night.
The next day dump them all into plastic baggies and leave in the
freezer.

Use both as needed :)

The stores/manufacturers aren't the only ones that can make and sell
frozen pizzas ;)

Note: be careful storing the frozen pizza crusts. If you have empty
cardboard boxes around, it might be beneficial to cut round cardboard
protectors for your crusts. :)

Cheers,
Erika
