Problem is that there was also intelligence that indicated there were no WMD, including reports from the international agencies that had been doing the inspections. Those reports were available before we attacked. I saw excerpts from them in January 2003, two months before we launched our invasion. Bush was looking for a reason and if you look hard enough you can justify anything. and he did. Besides the CIA finds what its told to find, or you get reassigned to BFE and your career is over.
