There's going to be an 'interview' with him on Friday morning apparently. The thing is, that American Journalists just don't seem to ask the right questions, or press for answers the way I've seen British journalists do. I saw one with Guilliani before elections, where the reporter said," The economy is down since Bush took office, how do you explain that..."
And Guilliani's reply was to extoll the President's ecomoronic plan, his tax cuts etc. He never answered the question, and the Reporter just moved onto the next question on 'The List'. It was almost as though he had x amounts of questions to ask, and Guilliani had X amount of answers to give. I would be interested in how Bush would fare on HardTalk on BBC. -----Original Message----- From: G Sam's not the one who needs to say something about this news report.....the president is. I want a direct explanation. I don't need an apology....but I want a direct answer. I'm sick of this dodge of "revealing our intell will risk future operations". Bullshit. Besides, if your "future operations" are borne of the same tenets that constructed the current set of "intelligence"....god help us. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:142359 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
