Won, as I mentioned here the other day, our office building is really old 
and drafty, and keeping the heat in is a challenge to say the least.  My 
boss bought all of us little space heaters that rock the house, they have 
variable heat settings, are no hotter to the touch than an old steel 
radiator, and, knowing my boss, they were probably pretty cheap.  I love 
mine, I have it on right now.  I am sure it would be sufficient for a small 
room.
