Out of curiousity, how much are we talking that France made from the oil-for-food program? For example, Gary Winnick made about $300,000,000 defrauding investors with Global Crossing. The point being, there's much easier ways to make a lot of money. Personally I think the whole theory is stupid because if it were true France would've never approved UN Resolution 1441. That doesn't mean it wasn't a factor, but I doubt it was a decisive driver.
