I don't take vitamin E at the moment but am considering it as nuts are
high-calorie and the other sources also tend to have vitamin k. Or I
guess I could get some wheat germ and become a granola cruncher for
real :)

But I'm just curious on other people's take. There's a rather heated
discussion going on on another one of my lists. Personally I am taking
fish oil and folic acid. (And coumadin, the reason for the k concern.)
