to me affirmative action did four things:

1. it created more alienation and DIFFERENCES between people where
there shouldnt have been, yeah we can thank our forefathers for the
abuses that were bestowed upon african peoples who were taken from
their lands, BY THEIR OWN PEOPLE a lot of times, and sold into
slavery.

2. it makes ME, and the other mid 20 to mid 40 demographic white
males, the most hindered group. as we now are lost in the shuffle
when we are COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY QUALIFIED for positions, because we
will not fill their AA quotas.

3. it furthers the handicapping for people that its supposed to help.

4. it prevented my father from a job in our hometown, and now he has
to work out of town, not home for fucking christmas, not home for his
first granddaughter's first five years of life, and numerous other
things that my father cannot enjoy, because he wasnt a minority.

im not against helping others, trust me, im one of the most giving
motherfuckers you will ever meet. but i am against ANY, and i mean
ANY special anythings for anyone based on any thing other than
physical and mental handicaps. if you have a brain, two eyes, ten
fingers and toes, and the wherewithall to end up here on the shores of
the grand ole usa, get in the mix brother, the playing field is not
easy, life is rough, but when you apply yourself, and do your thing
the best it can be... you will succeed. other than that, GO THE FUCK
BACK TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY, we dont want weak people here. my
great-grandparents came here from norway and italy, and guess what,
they figured it out, and made it. JUST FINE! with no AA, NONE
whatsoever.

sorry to enter into this foray late, but i just couldnt read this
anymore without my input.
