Ummmm...the domain is owned by Fawcette Technical Publications and I bet ya they have nothing to do with Macromedia (legally or corporate direction anyway). SOOooOOooooo I guess that non-Macromedia companies can write their sites in crappy ASP if they want to (but we'll shun them for eternity..hehe).
