A big part of the SMS is that to go beyond testing it is going to cost you money, if you send a message. The person who sends that SMS message pays for it. If you are just receiving messages, then not so much, but how much use is that.
You will need a SMS contract with some provider (ATT, SBC, Verizon, Ect). That is where you get a number that people can dial. You then use Blackstone to integrate with the server provided by your service provider to send and receive messages, process them and then do whatever.
