I used the pan last week to make cracklin corn bread muffins (I had to bring them to my parents and couldn't share them here, sowwy!) and the pan worked like a charm. When I finished washing it, I rolled, yes rolled, the pan up and put it in the cabinet. Really cool stuff. I have to find the cake pans now.
