I'm trying to pusuade my wife that she wants to go to a cajun Mardi Gras,
with the masked horse riders going from farm to farm getting the makings for
a big gumbo. I attended one when I was 6 that I still remember. I was
terrified of the chickens, but the rest of the day is still vivid for me.
