Thank you. You've just proven the point that people have been making on the
side. You're not in America. You're yelling about racism in America based on
statistics and reports while people are refuting these (to a large extent)
based on personal accounts. 
And I especially love your last comment on "you're only holding yourself
down". Why does this statement only apply to white people? Because you feel
that white people (me) are holding minorities (not you, your not American)
down? Can't it be that some minorities are holding themselves down?
