The Feingold diet never worked for us, but interesting to see that it
does for some people. There is something disagreeable I can't define
about the way diet soda makes me feel. Various doctors have impressed
on me that non-diet sodas are really not good for you. Over the summer
I was taking meds that caused dehydration and was required to avoid
all caffeine so I took the opportunity to get used to drinking water.
Used to hate it but if it's cold and prefereably filtered I like it
pretty well now. You can't just drink nothing here, especially in the
summer.
