what numbers?  You posted a list. Your logic appears to be that if
there is at least one woman CEO, then women are not discriminated
against. And the same for minorities!

It simply isn't so.  I have not really wanted to get into the details
of my personal experience because I don't like to think of myself in
terms of being the victim and being done to, but let me share with you
that when I changed my major to computer science the  school sent me
to a counselor for personality testing. Do you really think this would
have happened if I had wanted to change it to art history? Nobody
asked me if I was sure about my major when I took French lit at AU....
