Doh - thanks for the update :) I went on a business trip one time to San Jose and took a day trip to San Francisco. I was by myself and feeling a bit homesick...went down to fisherman's wharf to check it out and happened upon a pizzeria called "Frank's Brooklyn Style Pizzeria" (or something to that effect). I wandered in while muttering "sweet!" under my breath (something like Napoleon Dynamite might say <g>). I bought a few slices and went off to have a taste of what was I thought would be Brooklyn Heaven. I folded the first slice in half (nobody else seemed to be doing that but I didn't care) and the first thing that struck me as odd was that there was no hot, red oil/grease running down my arm. Hmmm...not a good first sign. Well, needless to say, the pizza was nothing like a pizza that you would find in NYC...so disappointing!
