A while ago we were talking about broad-band speeds in the US and I mentioned that Comcast was going to raise their speeds, but I couldn't find anything official.
Well, it's official: http://faq.comcast.net/faq/answer.jsp?name=18226&cat=Services&subcategory=1&; CM.src=cover 4Mbps/384Kbps for normal accounts and 6Mbps/768Kbps for the $10 extra "speed bump" accounts. Prices will not increase.
