for cabs your best best is National Airport by far coming in. It's
also th eclosest when leaving. Dulles and BWI would both be tough at
evening rush hour though BWI has many more alternate routes. Avoid the
beltway. Unless they have gotten around to building the ICC I'd
suggest maybe Shady Grove then cross country to 29 to 175 to 95
