I was a Vanity Fair subscriber for a long time (probably should subscribe again) - and I remember seeing her in the magazine - oh, maybe 5 or 6 years ago in one of those throwaway "Who's out on the town" pieces they usually have with various photos of Ethan Hawke at a karaoke machine or the like (basically, an early professionally photographed version of pre-blog Gawker Stalker).
