Looks like we've got a Republican "activist judge" trying to legislate
from the bench:

"The 2nd District Court of Appeal [ruled that] Michael Schiavo could
order his wife's [feeding] tube be removed. But Pinellas Circuit
Court Judge George Greer issued an emergency stay about an hour later
...."

Oops, and an activist governor!

"Gov. Jeb Bush pushed through a new law letting him order the tube be
reinserted. The Florida Supreme Court later struck down his action as
unconstitutional."

What's wrong with these Republicans? They're so ... activist.
