I have a hosting service and offer Unix based web hosting as low as ..99/month (paid as $12/year). It's a full-fledged hosting account and includes email service as well. My hosting uses "Summary disk usage" that combines the email, web and database usage. The "Buck" plan includes 50 Mb of drive space and 500Mb of transfer per month.
