I've got godaddy email for $20/year.  They recently up'd the size to 1
gig of space.  I think 5 email addresses are included and a small
charge is applied for additional email addresses.

Slick web interface, though not as good as gmail.  POP3 and SMTP
access with up to 250 relayed messages a day per address, or more for
an additional fee.
