That is the same rule here. One of the reasons we decided on Manassas rather than closer in, like Falls Church or Fairfax etc, was housing prices. For what we have here on the edge of redneck land, we'd easily have to pay at least twice to three times as much in Fairfax or Arlington. Besides where else can you live where if you're not careful you stumble over Civil War reenactors most weekends.
