oh yeah. I had a project car in my driveway. I figured well, I'll take
this down and put it through emissions then register it...it's not
pretty but it will work. No such luck. It has a short in the starter
(I *think*) and it decided to short as I was leaving the driveway. So
we push it so it's kinda legally parked -- can't get it up the
driveway without more manpower. So along comes *the very same police
officer* that took the report on the stolen Jeep and writes me a
ticket for parking a car with expired tags on the street.

No respect, I get no respect, I tell you.
