This is a switch on your GFX card drivers... If you have nView from nVidia installed do the following...
Right click your desktop and select Properties Select the settings tag and hit advanced... Select the GeForce or whatever tab that is specific to your drivers. In the left hand slide out menut, find NVRotate. Hit the relevant radio button and apply the changes... If you have an ATI card, you'll have something similar and the process should be pretty much the same too...
