Yeah, I have a buddy who lives in the North End, and burying the freeway
will totally change his neighboorhood. (for the better IMHO, though some say
for the worse, I guess, by making it less isolated from the rest of the
city). I read something about the leaks, but I can't remember what the
problem was. Is the settling of the earth around tunnel sections
responsible?
