I heard Liv Taylor speaking on how much she enjoyed learning "Elvish" for her role in the movies. They and language experts on hand to authentically translate lines in the script. I would say "elvish" has just is just as much a living language as "klingon" for many of the same reasons. Now what could be cool is somebody who was bi-lingual, fluent in both languages. That would defiantly be somebody with too much time on their hands.
