twenty-year reunion souldn't have *that* much of a problem with that??

You might try http://vivisimo.com; I found it useful when I was
working on family history. For instance, my last name is Tierney, same
as a famous actress. All entries relating to her were grouped
together, simplifying the search considerably. Google, with all of its
coolness, doesn't do well at distinguishing one Dana Tierney from
another. (And yes, there are about six in the US)

Also, a friend who did that sort of stuff freelance (tracking people
down for college reunions) liked to use switchboard.com.
