There isn't one that's a standard system font that you can count on
people having installed. And then you'll still run into problems of
people setting their system to use Large Fonts which will bump them up
from 96dpi to 120. Or they could be using a Mac which uses 72dpi and
depending on the browser will display text smaller than on Windows.
